The purpose of Central Student Ministries is to help raise up a generation of passionate life long Christ followers. Some distinctives are: 1) a commitment to the Word of God, teaching from it, worshiping through it, planning around it....  We want students to know the word not like a text book but to be familiar with having a conversation with God through it.  2) Community. We put a premium on relationships with peers and with leaders. This occurs during our regular programming, trips/ retreats, and small groups. 3) Worship. We want to teach young people how to worship God with their whole life... Every decision... Everyday. Worship doesn't just happen during a church service. 4) Movement. We want to equip and send our students. All accross the globe people are making radical commitments to Jesus.
